Whit brings over 17 years of experience in multifamily real estate, with expertise spanning underwriting and financial modeling, due diligence, capitalization, and project management. He began his career in Atlanta with Engler Financial Group (later acquired by Walker & Dunlop), helping close more than $2.5 billion in multifamily investment sales across the Southeast. He later spent seven years at Perennial Properties, leading acquisition and development efforts for more than $250 million in ground-up and renovation projects across Atlanta’s urban submarkets.

In 2021, Whit and his family returned to their native South Carolina, where he continues focusing on multifamily development throughout the Carolinas and Georgia. A Clemson University graduate, he earned a degree in Architecture and a Master of Real Estate Development. Whit originally interned with Estates in 2008 and rejoined the company in 2024. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors, whether in the Upstate mountains or along the Carolina coast.
