Daniel Smith has been a dedicated member of the team since 1999, bringing more than two decades of experience in property maintenance and project management. As Project Manager & Director of Maintenance, he oversees maintenance operations for a portfolio of more than 500 residential units, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.

He leads on-site maintenance teams, collaborates with contractors on new developments and capital improvement projects, and has contributed to development efforts totaling more than 1,500 units. Through hands-on leadership, budget and timeline coordination, and strong quality control, Daniel plays a key role in supporting long-term property performance.
