Madi Smith has been a valued member of Estates since 2018, bringing nearly eight years of industry experience in marketing, leasing, and property operations. She oversees comprehensive marketing initiatives for a portfolio of more than 500 multifamily homes and 30,000+ square feet of retail space, developing strategic leasing and branding campaigns that drive occupancy, increase revenue, and strengthen market positioning.

In addition to leading lease-up and repositioning efforts, Madi supports day-to-day operations, provides leadership and training to on-site teams, and analyzes market and financial data to guide pricing strategy and maximize asset value. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business Administration, and she holds an active South Carolina Property Management License.
