Matt Mundy
Matt Mundy, son of Estates founder Bob Mundy, is a values-driven leader with extensive experience in the development, financing, and management of multifamily communities for both sale and rent. With more than 18 years in the industry—along with many early years growing up in the business—Matt brings a lifelong commitment to the quality and service that have defined the company since its founding.
He helps guide the design, development, and capitalization of multifamily communities across the Southeast, maintaining Estates’ conservative, long-term approach to financial stewardship and relationships built on trust and performance. Matt graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management and a minor in Business. A devoted husband and father of four, he is proud to carry forward his family’s legacy of integrity, quality, and service while remaining active in his church and community.
